Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard. All orders are subject to sales tax where applicable. Here's Fred Golf reserves the right to change prices without notice. Contact Customer Service for any pricing updates.

Small Orders

We'll gladly fill any size order. Please note: There is a $25.00 minimum on all orders.

Shipping

We use UPS exclusively. All packages are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise requested (at an additional charge). All shipping charges are applicable to invoice.

Claims

All orders are carefully packaged for safe shipment. If you receive a broken or damaged carton, contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. Notify Here's Fred Golf within five days of receipt of goods if there is a discrepancy with your order.

Returns

You may only return merchandise with our written or verbal authorization. Upon consent, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt, freight prepaid. All return items are subject to inspection before credit is authorized. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned merchandise. Credits will be applied to your account only. Personalized and custom-made items may not be returned. We are confident you will be satisfied with all of our products. If you are ever dissatisfied with any purchase, please call us.
